Getting started
Ember is a creator economy platform where fans support creators through tips, gifts, messages, subscriptions, exclusive content, bookable services, and merch. Creators build community and earn Embers—our in-app currency. Merchants offer bookable services and products.
Click "Create account" on the homepage or register with your email. You can then sign in, browse creators and merchants, and start supporting with Embers. To buy Embers, book services, or purchase merch, you'll need to complete identity verification.
Go to Dashboard → Verify (or the Verify link in your profile). Upload a valid ID, a selfie, and a photo of you holding your ID. Review may take up to a few business days. Verification is required for buying Embers, booking services, and purchasing merch.
Embers
Embers are the in-app currency that powers support on Ember. Red Embers are purchased with real money and used to tip, gift, unlock content, subscribe, and book services. Blue Embers are earned by creators when fans support them and can be used for specific in-app features.
Go to Dashboard → Credits (or Buy Embers in the header). Choose a pack or subscribe for auto top-up. Complete checkout with a supported payment method—your Red Embers will be added to your balance. Packs may include bonus Embers.
Embers are generally non-refundable once spent. Refunds may apply when required by law (e.g. failed services, cancelled bookings) or as described in our Terms of Service. Unspent Embers in your balance may be refundable under certain conditions.
Becoming a creator
Apply via Dashboard → Become a creator. Complete your profile (bio, subscription tiers, etc.), submit for review, and wait for approval. Once approved, you can post content, offer services, and accept tips and gifts.
Go to Dashboard → Creator settings → Subscription tiers. Create tiers with names, prices in Embers, and perks. Fans subscribe to a tier to unlock content and DMs.
You earn Embers when fans tip, gift, subscribe, unlock paid content, book services, or contribute to funding goals. Earnings are tracked in your dashboard. A platform fee applies to most transactions.
Earnings & withdrawals
Go to Dashboard → Withdraw. Add your bank details, then request a withdrawal. Embers convert to your local currency (e.g. Philippine Peso). You must meet the minimum threshold. Processing times vary.
Withdrawals are subject to limits and verification. You need approved bank details and must meet the minimum withdrawal amount. Check Dashboard → Withdraw for your current status.
Content & engagement
Services let fans book time slots—calls, shoutouts, consultations, etc. Create a service with name, price in Embers, duration, and availability. Subscribed fans can book and pay in Embers. Use the QR flow to confirm completion.
Create a funding goal with a title, description, and target amount. Fans contribute Embers. When funded, you complete the goal to release Embers to your balance. You can have one active goal at a time.
Polls let you ask fans questions; they vote with Embers. Q&A lets fans pay Embers to ask a question; you answer and they see it. Both build engagement and appear on your profile.
Create a live session from your dashboard. Set a ticket price in Embers if you want. Fans join and pay. You can stream and interact with your audience.
Dashboard → Subscribers or your creator profile. Top supporters are ranked by Embers spent. You can recognize them and prioritize responses.
Creator merch & messaging
Yes. Go to Dashboard → Merch → Products. Add products with name, price in Embers or PHP, images, and stock. Products appear in the shop and on your profile.
You set a price per message or use unlock pricing for digital content. Fans pay Embers to send or unlock. You receive your share after platform commission.
Safety & verification
Identity verification is required for buying Embers, booking services, and purchasing merch. It helps prevent fraud and ensures compliance with regulations.
We use secure payment processors and do not store full card details. Payment data is handled in compliance with industry standards. See our Privacy Policy for more.
For booking or purchase issues, contact support with your order or booking details. We'll investigate and may issue refunds when appropriate. For content concerns, report via the platform or contact us.
